1. Zipper-model universal joint greaser

   Specification: WJ-200 (oil storage: 200CM³）

                  WJ-400 (oil storage: 400CM³）

2. Grease filler head

   Plug-type grease filler head with soft pipe

   Plug-type grease filler head with hard pipe

   Insert-type grease filler head with soft pipe

   Hook-type grease filler head with soft pipe

   (Pipe length: 250mm, 500mm, 1000mm or can be customized)

3. Grease filling cup

   Direct plug-type or 45°angle grease filling cup (installation screw thread: M10*1, 1/8)

   Insert-type grease filling cup (installation screw thread: M10*1, M12, 1/8, 1/4)

   Hook-type grease filling cup (installation screw thread: 1/8, 1/4)

4. Performance of the greaser

   1. 730Mpa working pressure (executed under GB 1164-1166-89)

   2. On working status, grease filler head can be self-locked

   3. No leakage in joint parts

   4. Greasing in all direction

   5. When getting 0.5Mpa pressure, the grease output is 0.8cm³ per time

   6. When getting 10Mpa pressure, the hand pressure is not more than 100N.

   7. Applicable to machines required greasing
